Imagine Technology Group opened its doors in Phoenix, Arizona in 2011. We have assembled a best-in-class team of problem solvers from a broad array of disciplines including, among other things, office equipment services (i.e., copiers, printers, cloud-based phones, mailing equipment), technology solutions (i.e., cybersecurity, enterprise content management, managed services), legal, and workflow management. We believe that our interdisciplinary approach to creating custom solutions for our clients results in exceptional outcomes. We are relentlessly focused on helping our clients run their businesses more securely, efficiently, and profitably, while maintaining the highest standards of business ethics and integrity.
ITG is owned by Chad Schwartz and Rudy Parga, and they are active, passionate owners involved in every aspect of their company. Chad has over 22 years in the office equipment business and has successfully handled just about every type of issue our industry has presented. Chad founded the organization in 2011 with the intent of bringing national account management, services, and support to Arizona and beyond from a locally owned organization. Rudy joined Imagine Technology Group in 2018 and is a former trial attorney who managed a large law firm. While in private practice, he focused on helping clients secure and protect their trade secrets and confidential information. His background gives him a unique perspective when crafting solutions for our clients.

The copier industry had moved from simply being a print output device to an integral piece of the IT infrastructure in most corporate environments. Copiers had become the onboarding device to the electronic data which companies relied on to efficiently and effectively run their business. Companies were pushing to decrease the amount of paper handled in their office and were creating initiatives to improve workflow. ITG positioned itself as a leading provider of cutting edge office technology. This technology shift allowed ITG to expand its offerings to include VoIP Phones, data management, managed IT services, managed print services, MFP network solutions, and workflow solutions. ITG was able to expand its offerings while keeping with local ownership to maintain its commitment to service and support.
Due to expansive growth, ITG moved into a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility and continued to expand its Information Technology offerings. We saw strong growth in all aspects of our business. At one point, more than 50% of ITG's employees had previously worked together. This created an environment of trust and familiarity which allowed for accelerated growth all while continuing to provide superior customer service.
To establish itself as a technology leader, ITG invested in improving its infrastructure by upgrading its ERP system to Forza, a SAP Business One solution. This technology improvement will provide ITG with critical business tools to allow us to make decisions armed with smarter IT capabilities.
